Projects
CECAD’s projects are primarily situated in the Northern mountainous provinces of Hoa Binh, Son La, and Dien Bien as well as in the Red River Delta. We conduct research on the environment and rural communities in order to facilitate projects that aim to preserve biodiversity, help to fight climate change, improve the living conditions of the poor, and reduce social imbalances. CECAD also works as a facilitator to establish connections between organizations, communities, scientists, and experts in order to carry out research and projects for the sustainable development of communities based upon community resources.
